William Hill Releases 2020-21 Pro Football Offensive, Defensive Rookie of the Year Odds

Several future NFL stars heard their names called last week in the 2020 draft, but who will make the biggest impact in Year 1? You can now bet on it at William Hill in New Jersey and Nevada.

The top two picks of this draft are also the favorites at William Hill to be awarded first-year hardware.

Bengals quarterback and No. 1 overall selection Joe Burrow is 11/4 to win the 2020-21 Offensive Rookie of the Year. Last season, Kyler Murray was the first No. 1 pick to be Offensive Rookie of the Year since Cam Newton in 2011-12.

Fellow rookie signal-caller Tua Tagovailoa has the third-lowest odds at 8/1, while Justin Herbert is further down at 20/1. Clyde Edwards-Helaire, the only running back taken in the first round, is second at 6/1. Three of the past five Offensive Rookie of the Year recipients were tailbacks—Saquon Barkley, Alvin Kamara and Todd Gurley.

The first wideouts listed on the board are Henry Ruggs III and CeeDee Lamb at 14/1 apiece, with Jerry Jeudy right behind them at 16/1.

On the other side of the ball, Redskins defensive end Chase Young is the 7/2 favorite for Defensive Rookie of the Year. The Ohio State product is aiming to be the fourth Buckeye in the past five seasons to capture the accolade, as he attempts to follow in the footsteps of Nick Bosa, Marshon Lattimore and Joey Bosa.

No. 8 pick Isaiah Simmons is next at 8/1, followed by Bills second-rounder A.J. Epenesa and Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen at 14/1 each. Jeff Okudah, Young’s former teammate and third overall pick, is tied for the fifth-lowest odds at 20/1 with Kenneth Murray.
