William Hill Offering $10,000 Progressive Parlay Card in Basketball Season

Players will select 15 winners from a menu of each weekend’s action for a shot at the jackpot

LAS VEGAS (January 8, 2013) – The pro football regular season might be over, but the popular William Hill Progressive Parlay Card will continue on.

Last weekend’s $16,880 jackpot during Wild Card weekend was hit, and the card goes on this weekend with more options than ever.

The jackpot this weekend resets to $10,000. Players must select 15 winners – no point spreads involved – and a 15-for-15 wins or shares in the weekly jackpot. It’s just $5 to play, and there are no limits on how many entries each player can submit.

“We’re delivering this to our customers after the outstanding response to our Progressive Parlay Card during the football season,” William Hill Public Relations Director Jimmy Vaccaro said. “What we’ve learned is that our customers love the big payouts.”

The card will primarily feature the weekend’s top college basketball match-ups, with more than 20 options to choose from each week. Also included on the card in selected weeks will be NBA and NHL action. With the extended menu of games, players can submit cards throughout the day Saturday to have a shot at the prize.

When the Progressive jackpot doesn’t get hit, 80% of the money wagered on the card will be added to the next week’s prize pool. During the 2012 pro football season, the jackpot grew to a season-high $48,885 in Week 16.

Players can submit their picks at any of William Hill’s 75 full-service sports books throughout Nevada, or at any William Hill kiosk, including those at PTs Taverns. To find the William Hill location nearest you, please visit www.williamhill.us.
