Official Rules

The above-named promotion (“Promotion“) is sponsored by American Wagering, Inc., dba William Hill Sportsbook, 6325 South Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89118 (“Sponsor“). The Promotion begins on Tuesday September 1, 2026, at 12:00am PT and ends on Monday January 11, 2027, at 11:59pm PT(“Promotion Period”). All times referred to in these Official Rules are Pacific Time (“PT”). Sponsor’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion. “Promotion Entities” means Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent and each of Sponsor’s affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.

A copy of these Official Rules and any changes thereto will be available online at https://www.williamhill.us/nevada-contests-promos/, on Sponsor’s self-service wagering kiosks, and in participating retail sportsbooks throughout the duration of this Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Must be 21+.

• Must be a member of William Hill Rewards in good standing.

• See below “Nevada Promotion Terms and Conditions” for a list of persons who are ineligible to enter this Promotion.

ENTRY:

How to enter the Promotion: 

The Promotion will have 19 weekly entry periods as follows:

Participants can receive one (1) entry into a weekly drawing by placing a qualifying wager. To qualify, wagers must:

• Be placed in person at a participating William Hill Sportsbook located in the State of Nevada;
• Be placed between the start and end dates/times for the weekly entry period, as set forth in the table above;
• Settle before the end date/time of the weekly entry period, as set forth in the table above;
• Not be ungraded, cancelled, voided, or collected via Early Cash-Out;
• Include at least four (4) legs on college or professional football events;
• Have a minimum stake of $20;
• Have minimum odds of +300; and
• Be placed using William Hill Rewards card.

There is no limit on the number of entries a participant may receive; however, Property Prize wins are subject to the limitations set forth under “Maximum Number of Prizes.”

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZING:

Drawing details: 

• One Grand Prize potential winner and one Property Prize potential winner per participating sportsbook will be selected at random on or about the dates/time set forth in the table above.
• Property Prize winners will be selected solely from entries received at the applicable participating sportsbook.
• The Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received through all participating sportsbooks, including sportsbooks operated by Sponsor or other parties under brands other than “William Hill Sportsbook.”

Prize information: The following prizes will be awarded in each weekly drawing:

• Grand Prize: $30,000, payable in cash or by check in Sponsor’s discretion (one (1) winner)
• Property Prizes: $200, payable in cash (one (1) winner per participating sportsbook)

Winner notification:  Lists of winners will be posted on William Hill Sportsbook website and on notices displayed within participating sportsbooks. Sponsor may also notify winners by email but is not obligated to do so.

Prize collection:

Property Prizes: Winners may collect Property Prizes by presenting winning prize draw entry ticket at a kiosk or ticket window at any participating William Hill Sportsbook.

Grand Prizes: Grand Prizes may be collected by presenting winning prize draw entry ticket at any participating full-service William Hill Sportsbook (i.e., a William Hill Sportsbook with an attended ticket window) during normal operating hours. If the winner wishes to collect a Grand Prize at a participating property that does not have an attended ticket window, the winner should first contact customer service at (855) 754-1200 to arrange prize collection. A valid government-issued photo ID and William Hill Rewards card must be presented at the time of redemption.

Winners must claim and collect all prizes by 6:00 p.m. PT on March 10, 2027. Any prize not collected by that time will be forfeited and will not be awarded to another participant.

Maximum Number of Prizes: An individual winner may receive no more than four (4) Property Prizes during the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of Grand Prizes that may be received.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Odds of winning a prize dependent upon number of valid entries received.

Wagers placed through any online sportsbook do not qualify for this Promotion.

This Promotion is subject to the “Promotion Terms and Conditions,” attached hereto and incorporated into these Official Rules by this reference.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed in any category than the number set forth in the Promotion’s Official Rules, all prizes remaining in that category at the time the excess claims are made will be awarded in a random drawing from among all participants submitting valid claims for such prizes. Inclusion in such drawing is the sole remedy for any affected participant(s).

This Promotion is conducted in accordance with NGCB MICS #36-#38 and Technical Standard 1.400

2. As a condition of entering this Promotion, you agree that: (1) you waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Promotion, and waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees.
3. For purposes of this Promotion, the “Released Parties” shall mean the Promotion Entities, the legal operators of any property where a William Hill Sportsbook is located (“Property Operators”), the parents, affiliates and subsidiaries of the Property Operators, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents. By entering the Promotion, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the Promotion and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (b) to indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from your failure to comply with these Official Rules or a breach of any of your representations and warranties; (c) to hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with such prize; (d) if selected as a winner, to the posting of your name on Sponsor’s or a Property Operator’s websites and the use by the Promotion Entities of your name, voice, image, and/or likeness for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval, and, upon request, to the giving of consent, in writing, to such use; and (e) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final.
4. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
   1. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies;
   2. The spouse, child or anyone sharing the same primary residence of any employee of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies who is (i) director level or above or (ii) involved in coordinating or executing promotions on behalf of Sponsor;
   3. Employees or contractors of any advertising agency or marketing services firm that is providing any services to Sponsor in connection with the Promotion;
   4. Persons who are excluded from Sponsor facilities, including through a government program, at Sponsor’s discretion, or by their own request; or
   5. Any other person who is prohibited from entering by law.
5. Sponsor may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these Official Rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion. Sponsor retains the right to disqualify any entry that doesn’t comply with the Official Rules or engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, including, without limitation, any entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subverts the entry process. Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.
6. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
7. Except as prohibited by law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion. If the Promotion is canceled before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem.
8. Any individual who is found to be deliberately tampering with the Promotion entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Entries are non-transferable. Upon submission, all entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries may be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements. All entries are subject to review and verification.
10. Promotion times are approximate. Sponsor reserves the right to change Promotion times due to unforeseen or exigent circumstances.
11. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the William Hill Rewards account associated with the winning entry.
12. Each potential Grand Prize winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release (“Prize Claim Documents”). If a potential winner fails to comply with Sponsor’s requests for Prize Claim Documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she may be disqualified.
13. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize that are not specifically stated herein as being awarded. For any prize with an approximate retail value of two thousand dollars ($2,000) or greater, Sponsor will, when required by law, furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for such value for the year in which prize was won. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state, local or other tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances are required to cooperate with Sponsor in completing necessary forms.
14. Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
15. Any personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion is governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at https://williamhill.us/us/nv/privacy-policy/.
16. These Official Rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of Nevada without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Nevada for resolution of any disputes relating to the Promotion and waive any objection thereto. Promotion is subject to gaming regulatory approval when required.
17. To request a copy of the name(s) of the winner(s) (available 30 days following the conclusion of the Promotion), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received no later than 60 days following the conclusion of the Promotion to Sponsor at the address above, Attn: $1 Million Parlay Cash Prize Giveaway Winners List Request.
