These terms and conditions shall serve as the official rules (“Official Rules”) for the PT’s Taverns Pigskin Pick’Em promotion (“Promotion”). The Promotion is sponsored by American Wagering, Inc. (“Sponsor”). For purposes of these Official Rules, the “Promotion Entities” shall mean Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent, and each of Sponsor’s affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.

OVERVIEW: Participants with an eligible online gaming account will have a chance during the 2026 Professional Football Season to win prizes depending on the results of individual Professional Football player statistics. See “How to Participate” for more information. The Promotion begins at 7:00am PT on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and ends at 5:14:59pm PT on Sunday, January 10, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

1. To be eligible for the Promotion, a participant must:
   1. Be 21 years of age or older; and
   2. Have an eligible William Hill Sportsbook mobile or online account in good standing in Nevada.
   3. If you have created a new account, complete the account registration process during the Promotion Period by visiting a full-service William Hill Race & Sportsbook in Nevada (williamhill.us/us/nv/locations/).
2. The following individuals are not eligible for the Promotion:
   1. Individuals who are excluded/prohibited from online wagering, including through a government program, by their own request, or at Sponsor’s discretion; and
   2. Individuals who are prohibited from participating by any applicable law.

How to Participate:

3. This Promotion has 18 weekly selection periods (unless Promotion is cancelled earlier by Sponsor). Each selection period will start and end on the dates and times below.

4. During each weekly selection period, a participant must visit an eligible PT’s Taverns location (listed in “Additional Terms and Conditions”) to scan a QR code which will direct them to the “Rewards” page to make (6) picks. Each pick will consist of an event related to the 2026 professional football season, such as selecting a player achievement or predicting the outcome of a statistical over/under proposition. All events and picks will be randomly assigned.

6. Each event will have a number of points assigned to it (i.e. 2 points, 3 points, 5 points). The points assigned to each event will be visible when selecting picks.
7. Players will earn the points assigned to their pick if their pick is graded as a win.
8. If a participant does not submit picks by the end of each weekly selection period, the participant forfeits the opportunity to submit picks for that week but remains eligible to participate in subsequent selection periods. Once an entry is submitted, picks will become locked and cannot be edited.
9. If a selection results in a void, the pick will be graded as a loss. No replacement pick will be provided.
10. Participants do not have to place a cash wager on any event to enter or win a prize in this Promotion.

PRIZES:

11. Weekly Prizes. The Top 25 participants with the highest point totals from their selections each week will earn a $100 Bonus Bet or a $100 PT’s Taverns Gift Card. Prize details for each will be announced at the beginning of each week.
12. Season Prizes.
    1. The participant with the most points at the end of the season will win $75,000 Grand Prize payable in cash or by check.
    2. Participants who finish in 2^nd – 20^th Place at the end of the season will receive an cash or a check equal to:
       • 2^nd Place – $30,000
       • 3^rd Place – $20,000
       • 4^th Place – $15,000
       • 5^th Place – $10,000
       • 6^th Place – $8,000
       • 7^th Place – $7,000
       • 8^th Place – $6,000
       • 9^th Place – $5,000

    3. Tiebreaking Procedures:
       1. Weekly Prize Tiebreakers. If multiple participants are tied for a winning position during a weekly Selection Period and there are not enough prizes for all tied participants, prizes will be awarded to the tied participants who submitted their picks earliest.
       2. Season Prize Tiebreakers. If multiple participants are tied in total points at the conclusion of the Promotion for any of the Season Prize positions, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing among the tied participants to determine the order of finish and the corresponding prizes awarded. For example, if three (3) participants are tied for first place, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing among those three (3) participants to determine first-place, second-place, and third-place rankings and award the applicable prizes accordingly.
       3. Administration of Drawings. All random drawings conducted pursuant to this section will be administered by Sponsor, whose decisions regarding the conduct of the drawing and the determination of winners will be final and binding in all respects
    4. Season Prize Notification and Award Fulfillment.
       1. Potential Season Prize winners will be notified by Sponsor using the contact information associated with their account. Upon verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, a Season Prize winner may elect to receive their prize either (i) by check, which may be picked up at a participating PT’s Tavern location designated by Sponsor, or (ii) as cash, which may be picked up at a participating PT’s Tavern location designated by Sponsor.
       2. Potential Season Prize winners will be notified within ten (10) days of the completion of the promotion.
       3. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity and completion of any required documentation before awarding the prize. If a winner fails to timely respond to Sponsor’s notification or satisfy the applicable requirements, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
    5. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
    6. Bonus Bet Terms and Conditions:
       1. Bonus Bets will be credited to the winner’s account within 48 hours after the applicable milestone is achieved.
       2. Each Bonus Bet is for one-time use and cannot be divided across multiple wagers.
       3. Each Bonus Bet must be used within seven (7) calendar days from the date of award. Any unused Bonus Bets will expire and be removed from the winner’s account.
       4. When a Bonus Bet is used for a wager, and that wager wins, the value of the Bonus Bet is not returned with the winnings.
       5. Bonus Bets are not transferable to any other online or mobile account, cannot be redeemed for cash at any time, and do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
       6. Bonus Bets are subject to additional limitations and conditions set forth in the applicable William Hill Sportsbook House Rules.
    7. Gift Card Terms and Conditions:
       1. Gift Cards will be sent to the winner’s email address linked to their William Hill account within 48 hours after the applicable milestone is achieved
       2. Gift cards are subject to additional terms, conditions, limitations, and restrictions, all of which are subject to change without notice.

19. All references to sums of money are in United States currency.
20. Any attempt to use multiple accounts or other tactics to enter more than the limit may result in the disqualification by Sponsor from the Promotion and all associated entries will be void.
21. Entries generated by mechanical, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be void.
22. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to the Promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.
23. Sponsor may disqualify any entry for any reason, including if it determines that the entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content. Sponsor is under no obligation to disclose why an entry has been disqualified.
24. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for typos or other errors, whether technical or human, including those that may result in a player receiving a larger or different prize than the player was eligible for. Such typos or other errors void all applicable winnings.
25. All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions for this Promotion, including eligibility or disqualification decisions, lie solely with Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
26. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, when required. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
27. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of these Official Rules, or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Sponsor, may be disqualified, have their prizes or winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their William Hill Sportsbook account(s) permanently locked at the discretion of Sponsor.
28. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of a Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
29. Players are solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from prize winnings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
30. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the Promotion.
31. Except as prohibited by law, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend any Promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion.
32. By participating in a Promotion, each participant agrees on behalf of participant and participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participant’s participation in the Promotion; and (b) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final.
33. Records related to the Promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
34. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

36. Winner List. To request the names of the winners, please send an e-mail within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Promotion to whus-marketing@williamhill.us. Include “Winner List” and the name of the Promotion in the subject line.
37. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
