New Batch of Baseball 2020 Season Prop Bets Released

Opening Day is less than two months out, however it’s now time for you to step into the batter’s box to choose your MLB bets for the 2020 regular season.

Whether it’s individual category leaders, player vs. player statistical battles or historic accomplishments, William Hill has you covered with a brand-new batch of prop bets.

The biggest offseason acquisition was the Yankees shelling out a record amount for starting pitcher Gerrit Cole, and New York’s new ace is involved in several props. Cole, who leads the way at +300 to win the 2020 AL Cy Young, is also the +300 favorite to chalk up the most strikeouts, and has the second-best odds (+700) to have the lowest ERA in baseball, only behind New York Mets righty Jacob deGrom at +500.

Cole is up against former Houston Astros teammate Justin Verlander in a couple head-to-head props. The Yankee is favored at -125 to finish the regular season with more strikeouts, while each pitcher is priced at -110 on who will end up with more wins.

Among the betting favorites for other MLB category leader props, Whit Merrifield is atop the board at +450 to finish with the most hits, Nolan Arenado (sixth at 12/1 in NL MVP odds) is +800 to rack up the highest number of RBIs and Kirby Yates is +700 to lock down the most saves.

One of the coolest parts of the MLB season is that you can witness history on any given night, and now, you can earn a cool payout from it as well. Will the 24th perfect game be thrown in 2020 (YES +550, NO -800)? Or how about the 19th player to hit four home runs in a single game (YES +500, NO -700)?
