PROMOTION OVERVIEW: Eligible new William Hill Sportsbook accountholders can earn five 100% Profit Boosts (“Profit Boosts”) by successfully opening a William Hill Sportsbook account and making a Qualifying Wager of $1.00 or more. The promotion begins at 12:00 pm local time on Monday, March 23, 2026, and ends when William Hill removes the promotion from its promotions page on the William Hill Sportsbook website (williamhill.us/us/nv/) (the “Promotion Period”). Promotion is offered by American Wagering, Inc. (“William Hill”).
ELIGIBILITY:
1. To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
a. Be 21 years of age or older;
b. Register for a new William Hill Sportsbook mobile/online account in Nevada during the Promotion Period;
c. Use an eligible promo code when opening your new account; and
d. Complete the account registration process during the Promotion Period by visiting a William Hill Race & Sportsbook in Nevada (williamhill.us/us/nv/locations/).
2. The date and time of account opening is determined by the automatic system timestamp that is created once all account opening procedures have been completed. Your account will not be considered open until the required identification verification process (whether by manual or automated means) has been completed.
3. The following individuals are not eligible for the promotion:
a. Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, including through a government program, at William Hill’s discretion, or by their own request;
b. Individuals who are prohibited from participating by any applicable law; and
c. Accountholders who have registered for a new account using a promotion code for a different “new user” offer.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
4. Successfully open your first William Hill Sportsbook mobile or online account in Nevada during the Promotion Period;
5. Place a $1+ qualifying (see exclusions below) real-money sports wager on any market for any event.
a. Wagers must meet minimum odds of -10000 or longer to qualify.
6. If your first wager is not a Qualifying Wager, you will no longer be eligible for this Promotion—even if you place a Qualifying Wager later.
7. After placing a Qualifying Wager, you will receive one (1) 100% Profit Boost Token to be used on any sport.
8. Within approximately 24-48 hours after placing your first Qualifying Wager and receiving one (1) 100% Profit Boost Token, you will receive a new 100% Profit Boost Token in your Bonus Drawer to use on any sport. After that, you’ll receive a new 100% Profit Boost Token to use on any sport each day for the next three consecutive days – giving you a total of five (5) 100% Profit Boost Tokens.
PROFIT BOOST LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS:
9. Profit Boost is for one-time use and cannot be divided across multiple wagers. Additional winnings earned while using a Profit Boost will be distributed as cash to player’s account.
10. Profit Boosts must be used within 14 calendar days from the date they are awarded. Unused Profit Boosts will expire and be removed from the player’s account.
11. Maximum additional winnings for each Token is $2,500.
12. Maximum wager amount for each Token is $25.
13. Minimum odds for each Token are –10000.
14. Profit Boosts may not be used when a Bonus Bet is used for a wager.
15. Voided or pushed Profit Boosts will not be reissued.
16. Profit Boosts are subject to additional limitations and conditions set forth in the applicable William Hill House Rules.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
17. Qualifying Wager that is settled using the CashOut option will be disqualified.
18. Qualifying Wager that is placed using a Profit Boost Token will be disqualified.
19. Qualifying Wager that is placed on a Super Boost market will be disqualified.
20. Qualifying Wager that is placed using a previously accrued Bonus Bet will be disqualified.
21. The usage of bonus funds on a Qualifying Wager will disqualify this offer.
22. William Hill may end this promotion at any time in its discretion.
23. All references to sums of money are in United States currency.
24. This promotion may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. For purposes of these terms and conditions, the “Promotion Entities” means William Hill, William Hill’s parent and each of William Hill’s affiliated and subsidiary companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.
25. All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions for this promotion, including eligibility or disqualification decisions, lie solely with William Hill whose decisions are final and binding.
26. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, when required. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
27. William Hill may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misconduct, whether or not related to this promotion. William Hill retains the right to disqualify any accountholder engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the William Hill’s sole discretion.
28. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by William Hill, may have their Bonus Bet(s) voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their William Hill Sportsbook permanently locked at the discretion of William Hill. These prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
a. Wagering on both sides of a line on an individual game; or
b. Multiple/grouped accounts linked by device/static IP/cashier/location and betting exploitatively.
29. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, William Hill reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
30. Participants are solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. William Hill shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that William Hill deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
31. William Hill is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by William Hill, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in the promotion.
32. Except as prohibited by law, William Hill reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if William Hill determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of William Hill which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion.
33. By participating in this promotion, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of William Hill, which are binding and final.
34. Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
35. Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the William Hill Privacy Policy.
36. Participants irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.
37. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to participant or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.
38. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.
39. Wagers placed at a retail sportsbook location do not qualify for this Promotion.

41. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by Nevada Gaming Control Board Regulation 22.120, and no such events will be included in the Promotion.
42. The William Hill Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Rewards Credit adjustments in accordance with NGCB R&S MIC 94.
43. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants. If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
