UFC Fight Night Odds, Trends for Whittaker-Till, 14 Other Bouts

UFC is giving us one final Fight Island card to conclude its July slate, and UFC Fight Night: Whittaker vs. Till features 15 fights that are ready to rumble on Saturday night.

In the main event between two of the best middleweight fighters in the world, No. 1-ranked challenger and former champion Robert Whittaker is -130 at William Hill against No. 5-ranked Darren Till (+110).

William Hill bettors are siding with the favorite in the headliner, as Whittaker has received 56% of the total number of tickets and 66% of the total dollars wagered.

Till, however, has drawn the three biggest wagers for this fight, with the largest being a Nevada bettor putting down $1,500 on him at even-money odds for a potential total payout of $3,000.

In the co-main event, ex-lightweight champ Mauricio Rua is -185 chalk against Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. Rua is the biggest favorite of the four former title holders on the card, and he has attracted 60% of the total number of tickets and 62% of the total dollars wagered.

The fighters who have been the most popular bets thus far, though, are battling in the prelims.

After opening at +135, Jai Herbert is down to +115 in his bout against Francisco Trinaldo. Herbert ranks first on the card by capturing 72% of the total number of tickets.

There are five fighters who have generated at least 90% of the total dollars wagered in their respective matches, with Pannie Kianzad (-150) leading the way at 98% against Bethe Correia (+130).

The largest moneyline wager for the event as of now at William Hill has come in on the second-biggest favorite on the card. Only Khamzat Chimaev (1/12) has higher odds than Nathaniel Wood at -430, and Wood attracted a $19,000 bet in his fight against John Castaneda (+350). If Wood were to prevail, the total payout on that wager would be $23,418.60.
