Summer of Sports 0609 – PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

Wednesday June 9, 2021 – Sunday, August 22, 2021

1.     The William Hill Sports Book (“William Hill”) Summer of Sports 0609 – promotion (the “Promotion”) will take place between 12:00AM local time on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, and 11:59PM local time on Sunday, August 22, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).

2.     To be eligible for this Promotion, all patrons must be 21 or older, physically present in a State or Commonwealth where sports wagering is legal and William Hill is duly licensed, permitted or authorized to operate including, without limitation, the states of CO/IA/IN/MI/NJ/TN/VA/WV when wagering, and have a William Hill Mobile or Online Account (“William Hill Account”) (“Eligible Patron(s)”).

3.     Opening a William Hill Account is free. 

4.     Eligible Patrons can enroll in the Promotion and be eligible to earn a Free Bet bonus (“Free Bet”).

5.     To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Patrons must opt-in by visiting https://www.williamhill.us/summer-of-sports/ and completing the enrollment form by Saturday, July 31, 2021 (“Participant(s)”).

6.     Participants must place straight, Parlay, or Teaser cash wagers with minimum odds of -200 during the Promotion Period that also settle within the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Wager(s)”).

7.     For the avoidance of doubt, as an example, a parlay with odds of -250 would not qualify for this Promotion. A parlay with odds of +300 would qualify for this Promotion.

8.     Participants will receive two (2) Promotion points for every $1.00 in straight (single leg) Qualifying Wagers and four (4) Promotion points for every $1.00 in Parlays/Teasers Qualifying Wagers (“Point(s)”).

9.     Participants will earn $1 towards a Free Bet for every 1,000 points earned during the Promotion Period.

1. A minimum of 1,000 Points ($1.00 Free Bet) is required to qualify and a maximum of 1,000,000 Promotion points ($1,000.00 Free Bet) may be earned during the Promotion Period per Participant.
2. Any Points earned during the Promotion Period will not carry over to any other promotion and cannot be transferred from state to state or to another Participant.

10.  A Participant who opts in on or before Saturday, July 31, 2021 will have all Qualifying Wagers from June 9, 2021 through August 22, 2021 included for Point accumulation.

11.  Round Robins are excluded from earning Points in this Promotion.

12.  Wagering on both sides of the line is prohibited and may disqualify a Participant from participating in this Promotion at the sole discretion of William Hill.

13.  The maximum total Free Bet value a Participant can earn over the course of this Promotion is $1,000.

14.  Points are auto redeemed as Free Bets in $200 increments which will all be added directly to a Participant’s William Hill Account within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period expires.  For the avoidance of doubt, if a Participant earns $500 in Free Bet value during the Promotion Period, they will be credited with two (2) $200 Free Bets and one (1) $100 Free Bet.

15.  A Free Bet must be used by the Participant within seven (7) calendar days from the date it is awarded or that Free Bet will expire and be removed from their William Hill Account.

16.  Free Bet redemption is subject to William Hill House Rules.

17.  The usage of a previously accrued Free Bet in this Promotion is not a Qualifying Wager and will not be considered.

18.  Qualifying Wagers that are settled via CashOut or Void are not eligible for Free Bets.

19.  This Promotion is only valid for wagering available within the State of CO/IA/IN/MI/NJ/TN/VA/WV, via the William Hill desktop site or mobile app.

20.  Eligible Patrons may opt out of this Promotion by contacting William Hill Customer Support.

21.  A Participant’s William Hill Account must be in good standing both at the time of entry and the time at which a Free Bet is awarded.

22.  Participants may be notified by email, SMS, and/or phone when a Free Bet is added to their William Hill Account.

23.  Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

24.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.

25.  Participants consent and agree to allow William Hill the unconditional use of their name, voice, likeness and story for any promotions, advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or approval.

26.  Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.

27.  William Hill reserves the right to make changes to or cancel the Promotion, for any reason, with or without notice, at any time. Other restrictions may apply.

28.  William Hill reserves the right to change the rules of the Promotion due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.

29.  All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with William Hill whose decisions are final.

30.  William Hill may disqualify any Participant from receiving a Free Bet based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.

31.  William Hill is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.

32.  William Hill is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by William Hill, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a Participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

33.  If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of William Hill which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, William Hill reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

34.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, William Hill reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

35.  Records related to the Promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.

36.  By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to the rules.

37.  Individuals who are excluded from online wagering, either through a government program or by their own request, are not eligible.

39.  Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission (the “I.R.G.C.”) pursuant to 2019 Iowa Acts, Senate File 617, 13.1(99F), and no such events will be included in the Promotion.

40.  The William Hill Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Free Bet adjustments in accordance with Iowa Code section (99D.19(3), 99E.8(4), and 99F.12(4))

41.  Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.

42.  This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with 2019 Iowa Acts, Senate File 617 13.3(3).

43.  Wagers placed at a William Hill retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.

46.  Wagering will not be accepted on a “Prohibited sports event” and no such events will be included in the Promotion.

47.  Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission.

48.  Wagers placed at a William Hill retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.

51.  Wagering will not be accepted on a “Prohibited sports event” as defined by I.C. 43-8-5-5 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.

52.  The William Hill Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with Title 68 Chapter 9 and 12.

53.  Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Indiana Gaming Commission.

54.  This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with I.C. 4-38-1:11. William Hill Promotions will retain details of all Participants for sixty (60) days after the event in accordance with 68 IAC 1- 12.5.

55.  Wagers placed at a William Hill retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.

58.  Wagering will not be accepted on a sporting events as defined by R 432.745 (titled, “Authorized and Prohibited Events and Wager Types) of the Michigan Gaming Control Board Internet Sports Betting Rules and no such events will be included in the Promotion.

59.  Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Michigan Gaming Control Board at https://www.michigan.gov/mgcb, where all relevant documentation will be provided.

60.  Wagers placed at a William Hill retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.

63.  Wagering will not be accepted on a “Prohibited Sports Event” as defined by N.J.A.C. 13:69N-1.1 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.

64.  The William Hill Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Free Bet adjustments in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.9.

65.  Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

66.  This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). William Hill Promotions will retain details of all Participants for sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.

67.  Wagers placed at a William Hill retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.

70.  “Prohibited Wagers” as defined by the Sports Gaming License Rules, Regulations and Standards Chapter 15.1.2.HH will not be accepted and no such wagers will be included in the Promotion.

71.  Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Tennessee Education Lottery.

74.  “Prohibited Wagers” as defined by Section 11VAC5-70-10 of the Sports Betting Regulations and Virginia Sports Bettors’ Bill of Rights will not be accepted and no such wagers will be included in the Promotion.

75.  Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Virginia Lottery Board.

78.  Wagering will not be accepted on a sporting events as defined by CSR §179-9-7.1 and no such events will be included in the Promotion.

79.  Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by William Hill Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of William Hill’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the West Virginia Lottery Commission, where all relevant documentation will be provided.

80.  Wagers placed at a William Hill retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.
