Super Bowl 55 is quickly approaching, as the Chiefs and Buccaneers will vie for the Lombardi Trophy in just two days.

The Chiefs have stayed as 3-point favorites (-120) over the Buccaneers throughout the week. In fact, outside of a brief rise to -3.5 last week, Kansas City has been at -3 since William Hill first released the Super Bowl 55 spread two Sundays ago.

Kansas City is listed at -165 on the moneyline, whereas Tampa Bay is +145 to pull off the upset. The Chiefs and Buccaneers opened at -160 and +140 respectively, with the favorite reaching as high as -175 on the moneyline before settling at its current number.

But will there be any spread movement as we get closer to kickoff?

“I think it’ll close 3, I don’t see us getting to 3.5. That’d be my bet,” said Nick Bogdanovich, Director of Trading for William Hill US. “We’re still high on the Chiefs with the points, but I’m not really surprised the Bucs are getting most of the moneyline bets. They always bet the underdog in the Super Bowl anyway, and this one is a super live dog. There will be way more to come this weekend, I think you’ll see a ton of Tampa moneyline bets then.”

The Chiefs have captured 66% of the total number of tickets and 76% of the total dollars wagered among all spread bets in Super Bowl 55, highlighted by a Nevada bettor placing $520,000 on Chiefs -3 (-120) for a total potential payout of $953,333.35.

William Hill bettors, though, are more divided on moneyline wagering. The Buccaneers do have the advantage in total number of tickets at 65%, yet it’s the Chiefs with the edge in total dollars wagered at 56%. Each team has drawn noteworthy moneyline bets—one Nevada bettor laid $100,000 on Chiefs -165 for a total potential payout of $160,606.05, while another Nevada bettor put $98,000 on Buccaneers +145 for a total potential payout of $240,100.

Alternate Super Bowl 55 spreads, for full game and first half, are also available at William Hill. You can have Kansas City as a sizable favorite (Chiefs -20.5 +575) or Tampa Bay as an enormous underdog (Buccaneers +20.5 -850). You can take Tampa Bay as a favorite, big (Buccaneers -14.5 +700) or small (Buccaneers -3.5 +220). You can even grab the points with Kansas City, whether it’s over a field goal (Chiefs +3.5 -260), over a touchdown (Chiefs +7.5 -440) or double digits (Chiefs +14.5 -1100).

A couple noteworthy bets have come in on alternate spreads at William Hill thus far. A Nevada bettor placed $17,000 on Buccaneers +20.5 (-850) for a total potential payout of $19,000 and an Illinois bettor put down $10,000 on Chiefs -14.5 (+400) for a total potential payout of $50,000.
