Bet NHL with William Hill, America’s #1 sportsbook.

The NHL is starting off the week strong on the ice, with eight matchups scheduled for Monday night. Tonight’s affairs are highlighted by a fourth consecutive showdown between the two top teams for William Hill Nevada’s 2021 Stanley Cup futures.

The Golden Knights are atop the board at +550 to win it all this summer, while the Avalanche are next at +650. These two West Division foes square off at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT, as Colorado looks to make it three in a row over Vegas.

After dropping the first meeting against the Golden Knights 1-0 on Feb. 14, the Avalanche have triumphed 3-2 in back-to-back contests this past Tuesday and Saturday. Colorado is a -135 favorite tonight, with Vegas priced at +115 and the total set at 5.5.

The majority of William Hill bettors are backing the team on a two-game winning streak. The Avalanche have brought in 58% of the total number of tickets and 71% of the total dollars wagered among all moneyline bets against the Golden Knights tonight. The total has been more divided, as the over has the slight edge in total number of tickets at 51% while the under has the advantage in total dollars wagered at 65%.

The other marquee matchup takes place earlier in the night, with the Central Division-leading Hurricanes hosting the defending champion Lightning at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. Tampa Bay is tied for the third-lowest Stanley Cup odds with the Bruins at +750, whereas Carolina is seventh-lowest at +1200.

Even with the Hurricanes ahead of them in the standings, the Lightning are -125 road favorites. Carolina is +105 to emerge victorious at home, and this clash is one of two to have a total of 6 for tonight’s action (Flames at Maple Leafs being the other).

The home underdog has caught the attention of William Hill bettors, as the Hurricanes have generated 57% of the total number of tickets and 81% of the total dollars wagered among all moneyline bets in this one. Additionally, the over has captured 55% of the total number of tickets and 82% of the total dollars wagered.

The Blues are the biggest favorites on this eight-game slate, as they are -180 at home against the Kings at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. St. Louis opened at -160 before being moved up to its current price, while Los Angeles is now +160 to pull off the upset.

William Hill bettors are rolling with the heavy chalk here, as the Blues have attracted 76% of the total number of tickets and 71% of the total dollars wagered.
