Q: With regards to wagers that I made at a physical CG Sports Book at the Cosmopolitan, Silverton, Tropicana Las Vegas, and the Venetian/Palazzo am I still able to cash in any previous winning betting slips and any future winning tickets? 

A: Previous tickets from CG Sports Book are now expired. Please call our Customer Support team at 855-754-1200 for more details on previous CG Sports Book bets made. 
                                                 

Q: With regards to wagers that I made at the physical CG Sports Book at the Hard Rock Las Vegas am I still able to cash in any previous winning betting slips and any future winning tickets? 

A: Yes.  You must mail your winning tickets before its expiration date, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to:

Q: What if I already had both a CG Sportsbook Mobile account and a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account in good standing? What account number will I keep and what will happen to any open bets?

A: If you have a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account in good standing, your William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account number and password will remain the same.  Your CG Sportsbook Mobile accounts will be closed, and your balance will be mailed to the address associated with your CG Sportsbook Mobile account. 

Any outstanding future bets placed on your CG Sportsbook Mobile account will remain “action” but will not be transferred over. You will receive a letter listing your future bets outstanding.  Once the future event concludes, any winning wagers will be mailed as a check to the address associated with your CG Sportsbook Mobile account.

Q: What if I previously had a CG Sportsbook Mobile account but never had a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account?

A: If you have never previously signed up for a William Hill Nevada account, a new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account may be created on your behalf and your new account information will be e-mailed to your e-mail address on file.  If a new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account is created for you, all your CG Sportsbook Mobile accounts will be closed, and your balance will be transferred to your new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account.

Any outstanding future bets placed on your CG Sportsbook Mobile account will remain “action” but will not be transferred over. You will receive a letter listing your future bets outstanding.  Once the future event concludes, any winning wagers will be added to the balance of your newly created William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account. Q: How do I download the William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports app?

A: You can download the William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports app by going to www.williamhill.com/us/NV on your Smartphone or Tablet.

Q: Is there a promotional bonus opportunity to customers that receive a new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account?

A: If you have never previously created a William Hill Nevada Mobile account and a new account is automatically created for you, your new account may be eligible for the William Hill “Bet $50, Get $50” promotion.  Upon you making $50 in total wagers with your new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account, a $50 cash bonus will be added within 7 days.

Q: I did not previously have a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account.  However, I did previously have a CG Sportsbook Mobile account but have not received any information about my new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account.  Who can I contact to check on the status of my account and make sure all my contact information is up to date?

A: If you have not received any communications from us prior to September 5, 2020, please text the William Hill Customer Support team at 702-827-4171 or e-mail at customersupport@williamhill.us to inquire about the status of your account.  We may have had out of date contact information for you or might need a copy of a valid ID or other information to complete the activation of your new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account.

Q: I did not previously have a William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account and received my new account number.  Why do I need to create a new password?

A: For the safety of your new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account, you will be required to create a new password to log into your William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports app.  Please click the “Forgot?” password prompt on the front screen of the William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports app and it will provide you with the steps on how to reset your password by using the email address associated to your account. Q: How do I deposit funds onto my new William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account?

Q: What happened to my Rewards Points (comps) previously earned through Pari-Mutuel wagers at Venetian/Palazzo, Cosmopolitan, Silverton, Tropicana Las Vegas, and the Palms Casino?

A: Please e-mail Steve Alford, William Hill US Director of Racing Operations, at  salford@williamhill.us to learn if you are eligible for a William Hill Nevada Rewards Club account and how you can transfer CG Technology Pari-Mutuel Rewards Points (comps).  All Pari-Mutuel Rewards Points (comps) transfer requests must be received prior to August 31, 2021.

Q: Can I earn Rewards when wagering with William Hill Nevada Race & Sports Books and on the William Hill Nevada Mobile Sports account?

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, WILLIAM HILL MAY TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE IF ILLINOIS EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-41 EXPIRES, IS TERMINATED, ENDED OR WITHDRAWN, OR HELD INVALID.  

Executive Order 2020-41 states in pertinent part that “During the duration of the Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamations, the provisions in the Sports Wagering Act, 230 ILCS 45/25-30(f), 25-35(f), and 25-40(i) requiring in-person creation of a sports wagering account at a facility authorized pursuant to the Act in order to participate in sports wagering offered over the internet or through a mobile application, are suspended.”
