2021 NBA Draft: 25 Player Position Props Released

Bet NBA with William Hill, America’s #1 sportsbook.

A new crop of potential stars will wait to hear their names called on Thursday night, as the 2021 NBA Draft is only a couple days away. William Hill Nevada just released 25 player draft position props to keep bettors engaged from the first hour of the draft all the way to the end of the second round.

“I think this is the most NBA Draft props we’ve ever offered,” said Nick Bogdanovich, Director of Trading for William Hill U.S. “It’s the same process as the NFL Draft, we read mock drafts, make a number and move fast.”

Of the players available, UConn’s James Bouknight has the lowest draft position odds at 7.5, with the over at +140 and under at -170. For reference, over 7.5 would entail Bouknight being selected eighth or later while under 7.5 means seventh or earlier.

Two other players have draft position odds in single digits: Michigan’s Franz Wagner (9.5, over +125/under -155) and Australia’s Josh Giddey (9.5, over -155/under +125).

“Giddey we opened 10.5 under -165, now we’re at 9.5 over -155,” Bogdanovich said. “He’s been the most popular bet so far, but these props haven’t been up for long.”

Three other players have seen their draft position number shift early on: Auburn’s Sharife Cooper (20.5 to 21.5), Houston’s Quentin Grimes (32.5 to 31.5) and Gonzaga’s Joel Ayayi (40.5 to 41.5).

More notable names whose draft position odds are in the lottery range include Baylor’s Davion Mitchell at 10.5, Arkansas’ Moses Moody at 11.5 and Gonzaga’s Corey Kispert at 13.5.

Additionally, five players have draft position odds outside of the first 30 picks: Grimes, Ayayi, Auburn’s JT Thor (31.5), Arizona State’s Josh Christopher (33.5) and Iowa’s Luka Garza (54.5).
