PLAY & EARN – PROMOTION RULES
Tuesday, April 1, 2025 – Tuesday, December 31, 2026

1. The Caesars Nevada Horse Racing Play & Earn promotion (“Promotion”) will take place from 8:00am P.S.T on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, through close of business on Tuesday, December 31, 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Each month (as defined in these rules below) during the Promotion Period is a “Monthly Promotional Period.” The Monthly Promotional Period consists of monthly earning periods as well as promotional gift redemption periods (See Rule 9). The Caesars Nevada Racing Play & Earn promotion (“Promotion”) will take place at the following participating Caesars Nevada Pari-Mutuel Race Book locations:
• Caesars Palace Las Vegas
• Harrah’s Las Vegas
• Caesars Republic
• Harrah’s Laughlin
• Horseshoe Las Vegas
• Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino
• Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort & Casino
• Silver Legacy Resort Casino

2. To be eligible, all participants must be 21 or older and a Caesars Rewards® Card member. Membership is free.

3. During the Promotion Period, Caesars Rewards® Card members will receive one (1) promotional point for every $1.00 in Pari-Mutuel wagered on their Caesars Rewards® Card on wagers that are both placed and graded during the Promotion Period.
a. Any promotional points earned during the Monthly Promotion Period will not carry over to any other monthly promotion period.

4. In order to be eligible to receive a promotional gift, Caesars Rewards® Card members are required to reach one of two promotional point levels during the Monthly Promotion Period:
 a. Level 1 Gift: Participants must earn a minimum of 5,000 promotional points.
 b. Level 2 Gift: Participants must earn a minimum of 8,000 promotional points.
 c. Visit www.playandearngifts.com to see a list of Level 1 and Level 2 gifts currently available.
  i. Gifts are subject to availability and a substitute gift, of equal or greater value, may be offered in the event the original gift is no longer available.
  ii. Gifts may be added to or removed from the website at any time at the discretion of Caesars.

5. At the end of the Monthly Promotion Period, eligible participants will receive a promotional code which can be redeemed for their promotional gift. Participants will receive their promotional code within seven (7) business days from the end of the Monthly Promotion Period via email or text.

6. Account information (address, phone, date of birth, or email) cannot be updated via phone or email. For security purposes, you must present a valid photo ID in person at a Caesars Rewards Center to update your account.

7. Participants will visit www.playandearngifts.com to redeem their promotional code and select their promotional gift. Each promotional code can only be redeemed once and may expire at the end of the following month.
a. Participants who have earned a Level 1 Gift may only select a promotional gift from Level 1. Participants who have earned a Level 2 Gift may select a promotional gift from either Level 1 or Level 2.
 b. Limit of one (1) promotional gift per participant(William Hill or Caesars) per Monthly Promotion Period.
c. After selecting their promotional gift, participants will need to complete all the required customer and shipping information.
d. Shipping times vary for each promotional gift. An estimated shipping time is given when selecting the promotional gift from the Rewards website. Participants will not be responsible for any costs associated with shipping of item(s).

8. In the event that a selected promotional gift is discontinued, a substituted gift of equal or greater value will be provided.

9. Monthly promotional period and redemption schedule:

II. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Thursday, May 1, 2025, through close of business on Saturday, May 31, 2025. 

III. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Tuesday, June 1, 2025, through close of business on Monday, June 30, 2025. 

IV. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, through close of business on Thursday, July 31, 2025.

V. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Friday, August 1, 2025, through close of business on Sunday, August 31, 2025. 

VI. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Monday, September 1, 2025, through close of business on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. 

VII. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, through close of business on Friday, October 31, 2025. 

VIII. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Saturday, November 1, 2025, through close of business on Sunday, November 30, 2025. 

IX. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Monday, December 1, 2025, through close of business on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. 

X. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Thursday, January 1, 2026, through close of business on Saturday, January 31, 2026. 

XI. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Sunday, February 1, 2026, through close of business on Saturday, February 28, 2026. 

XII. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Sunday, March 1, 2026, through close of business on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. 

XIII. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, through close of business on Thursday, April 30, 2026. 

XIV. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Friday, May 1, 2026, through close of business on Sunday, May 31, 2026. 

XV. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Monday, June 1, 2026, through close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. 

XVI. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, through close of business on Friday, July 31, 2026. 

XVII. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Saturday, August 1, 2026, through close of business on Monday, August 31, 2026. 

XVIII. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, through close of business on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

XIX. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Thursday, October 1, 2026, through close of business on Saturday, October 31, 2026. 

XX. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Sunday, November 1, 2026, through close of business on Monday, November 30, 2026. 

XXI. Monthly Promotional Period from 8:00am P.S.T on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, through close of business on Thursday, December 31, 2026. 

10. Participants agree to allow Caesars the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.

11. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all aspects of the Promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities.

12. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, licenses, registrations and other fees, as applicable.

13. Caesars reserves the right to change the rules of the Promotion due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.

14. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Caesars whose decisions are final.

15. Caesars reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any promotional points already awarded. Notice of any such modification is sufficient if posted on www.williamhill.us/nv.

16. Caesars may disqualify any participant from receiving any gift based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of these rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this Promotion.

17. Caesars is not liable for injuries or losses arising or resulting from participation in the Promotion and is not liable for any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Promotion and is not liable in the event of any equipment or software malfunction.

18. It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure that their Caesars Rewards® Card is swiped before wagering with a ticket writer or on a self-betting terminal.

19. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

20. Caesars is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Caesars, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

21. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Caesars which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Caesars reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

22. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; Caesars reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

23. Promotional points awarded are non-transferable.

24. Records related to the Promotion will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with local legal requirements.

25. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to the rules.

26. Caesars is not responsible for gifts that are lost or stolen in transit to the participant, or for gifts that are misaddressed to the participant.

27. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Caesars Management in a manner deemed fair to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. If the participant is not satisfied with the results of Caesars decision, they have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, WILLIAM HILL MAY TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE IF ILLINOIS EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-41 EXPIRES, IS TERMINATED, ENDED OR WITHDRAWN, OR HELD INVALID.  

Executive Order 2020-41 states in pertinent part that “During the duration of the Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamations, the provisions in the Sports Wagering Act, 230 ILCS 45/25-30(f), 25-35(f), and 25-40(i) requiring in-person creation of a sports wagering account at a facility authorized pursuant to the Act in order to participate in sports wagering offered over the internet or through a mobile application, are suspended.”
