DETAILS • Caesars Sportsbook customers must sign up for a Mobile Sports account and
make a maximum deposit and wager of $50 to get a $50 max Match Bonus Bet.
• The bonus bet will be matched up to the maximum $50 wager. Example: patron
deposits and wagers $20, will get a $20 bonus bet not the full $50.
• Customers will receive the bet match up to $50 once the total initial deposit
amount has been wagered once.
• Bonus will be added to the account within TWO (2) days of the total

ELIGIBILITY:
1. To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
• Be 21 years of age or older;
• Have successfully opened your first Caesars Sportsbook mobile or online account in Nevada during the Promotion
Period; and
• Have a Caesars Rewards account that remains in good standing.
2. The date and time of account opening is determined by the automatic system timestamp that is created once all
account opening procedures have been completed. Your account will not be considered open until the required

location as of the start of the Promotion Period (even if they re-register during the Promotion Period); and
• Individuals who are prohibited from participating by any applicable law.
5. Once you open your account for this promotion, you will no longer be eligible for any other new player offer for any
Caesars Sportsbook or Caesars Sportsbook and Casino service in any other location.HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
6. After opening a Caesars Account, an eligible patron’s first wager will qualify for a Bonus Bet (“Bonus Bet”) match equal
to 100% of their Qualifying Wager, up to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50), added to their Caesars Account within two
(2) business days of placement of Qualifying Wager (“Participant(s)”) (“Qualifying Wager”) .
7. Qualifying Wagers must settle within 90 days of placement.
8. Bonus Bets are a one-use token and cannot be broken across multiple bets.
9. The value of the Bonus Bet is not included in any winnings paid out.
10. The maximum award per Participant in this Promotion is $50.
11. A Bonus Bet must be used by the Participant within thirty (30) calendar days from the date it is awarded or that
Bonus Bet will expire and be removed from their Caesars Account.
12. Only a Participant’s first Qualifying Wager is eligible for a Bet Match in this Promotion. Additional wager(s) made by
the Participant during the Promotion Period will not be considered for a Bonus Bet in this Promotion.
13. To qualify for this promotion, your wager(s) must:
• Be cash wager(s) (no Bonus Bet, Bonus Cash, or other promotional credits can be used);
• Not be settled before normal market settlement via the Cash Out feature;
• Not be a Super Boost Markets, Round Robin, or Teaser wager; and
• Not have a Profit Boost token applied to the wager.
14. Wagers made at a kiosk will not count towards the qualifying wager.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
15. Caesars may end this promotion at any time in its discretion.
16. All references to sums of money are in United States currency.
17. This promotion may not be combined with any other offers or promotions. For purposes of these terms and
conditions, the “Promotion Entities” means Caesars, Caesars’ parent and each of Caesars’ affiliated and subsidiary
companies, along with each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents.
18. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for typos or other errors, whether technical or human, including those that
result in erroneously awarding a player extra Reward Credits or other benefits to which a player is not entitled
hereunder. Typos or other errors will void all applicable awards and winnings.
19. All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions for this promotion, including eligibility or
disqualification decisions, lie solely with Caesars whose decisions are final and binding.
20. Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including gaming regulations, and all aspects of the
promotion are subject to the approval of appropriate regulatory authorities, when required. Void where prohibited
or restricted by law.
21. Caesars may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other
misconduct, whether or not related to this promotion. Caesars retains the right to disqualify any accountholder
engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at the Caesars’ sole
discretion.
22. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by
Caesars, may have their Reward Credits voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional
offerings, and/or have their Caesars Sportsbook account(s) permanently locked at the discretion of Caesars. These
prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
• Wagering on both sides of a line on an individual game; or
• Multiple/grouped accounts linked by device/static IP/cashier/location and betting exploitatively.
23. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be
a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Caesars reserves the right to seek damages
from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.24. Participants are solely responsible for all taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any
award hereunder. Caesars shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from
winnings that Caesars deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
25. Caesars is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting
in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized
access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any
kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused
by Caesars, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any
technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a
person’s ability to participate in the promotion.
26. Except as prohibited by law, Caesars reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the
promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval, if Caesars determines, in its sole discretion, that
the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within
or beyond the control of Caesars which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of this promotion.
27. By participating in this promotion, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to
release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotion Entities and each of their
respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”)
from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused
by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions
and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all
decisions of Caesars, which are binding and final.
28. Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and
regulatory requirements.
29. Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with
the Caesars Privacy Policy.
30. Participants irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs,
NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective
subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL
Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with
participation in this promotion or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion

31. The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees,
governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and
agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or

33. Wagering will not be accepted on “Prohibited sporting events” as defined by Nevada Gaming Control Board Regulation
22.120, and no such events will be included in the Promotion.
34. The Caesars Accounting Department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Rewards Credit
adjustments in accordance with NGCB R&S MIC 94.
35. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be
resolved by Caesars Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants. If the Participant is
not satisfied with the results of Caesars’ decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the
Nevada Gaming Control Board.36. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with NGCB MICS #36-#38.
37. Wagers placed at a Caesars retail location do not qualify for this Promotion.
